A Long 4mi Walk
Today I went for a long walk (4mi+) around in the woods behind Lakeview Elementary, back out onto Northport, to McDonald's for a sausage & egg McMuffin and a Coke, and back to my apartment building - going around the block a couple of times and then getting a ride from mom out to get coffee with her at MOKA, then back again, and around the block several more times before ending at around 4mi total.
